Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and special requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Uphold brand standards through personalized service excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid NC driver's license (if valet duties required)
- Basic computer literacy with attention to detail
