As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a memorable stay. We offer comprehensive training, a supportive environment, and clear pathways for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails promptly to assist with inquiries.
- Assist guests with local recommendations and directions.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating applications).
- Valid driverβs license is a plus.
