Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk and throughout common areas
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures using our hotel management system
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
- Assist with event setup and meeting room preparations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in public spaces
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
