Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries using property management systems
- Address guest concerns promptly and coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Act as a local resource for guests, providing recommendations for attractions and dining
- Uphold brand standards through meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless hotel operations and guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or guest services role
- Proficiency in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with multilingual ability preferred
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution aptitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license and reliable transportation
