Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through check-in/check-out procedures
- Manage reservations and modify bookings using our property management system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with a solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial transaction records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols in public areas
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
