Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage room inventory and coordinate housekeeping operations
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with prompt professionalism
- Operate property management systems and reservation platforms
- Collaborate with F&B and concierge teams for seamless guest journeys
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and sanitation standards
- Support special events and VIP guest handling initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
