Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and dusting surfaces
- Deep-clean public areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms to maintain hygiene standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest service
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving service carts)
- Basic English communication skills
- Must pass background check and drug screening
