Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 guest assistance at front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge services
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to guest requests during overnight hours
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance operations for overnight cleanliness and functionality
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally following hotel protocols
- Complete nightly audits and operational reports for management review
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Collaborate with day-shift staff for seamless service transitions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- No experience necessary – full training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
