Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through warm greetings, attentive assistance, and personalized recommendations
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Handle reservation modifications and coordinate with housekeeping for room status updates
- Process payments, manage cash drawers, and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and escalate complex issues to management
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Uphold brand standards through consistent attention to detail and cleanliness
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality coursework preferred
- 0-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn property management systems
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for property errands)
