Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Handle check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest inquiries efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and operational standards in assigned areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Operate property management systems and POS technology
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards
- Assist with event setup and guest services as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and tech-savviness
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid work authorization in the United States
