Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and concierge areas
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel systems
- Prepare and maintain pristine guest rooms and public spaces
- Coordinate with departments to resolve guest requests promptly
- Assist with event setup and banquet operations as needed
- Adhere to safety and sanitation protocols
- Support inventory management and supply ordering
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (students welcome)
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic computer proficiency
