Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out counters
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain clean, organized public areas and guest rooms
- Operate hotel systems (PMS, POS) with training provided
- Collaborate with team members during peak weekend hours

Qualifications
