Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk/guest services including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate guest records and confidential information according to brand standards
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue
- Participate in daily briefings and implement operational improvements
- Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and overnight
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn property management systems
