Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through front desk operations, check-in/check-out procedures, and concierge assistance
- Maintain pristine room standards through detailed cleaning and preparation protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments for seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments and manage reservation systems accurately
- Uphold strict safety and sanitation standards in all guest areas
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)
- 0-2 years of hotel or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (if required for transportation duties)
