Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-in/out processes and room assignments
- Manage guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams to resolve guest requests
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records using hotel management systems
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Assist with event coordination and group check-in procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality certification preferred)
- 0-2 years of customer service or hospitality experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and hotel management software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
