Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Process check-ins/checkouts using our property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departments
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and attention to detail
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
