Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest interactions
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficientlyAddress guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols
Qualifications
