Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout the property
- Manage reservations and room assignments with accuracy
- Assist with luggage handling and guest requests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby areas
- Process payments and operate POS systems
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Resolve guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
