Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel software systems
- Resolve guest inquiries and requests promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Collaborate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain pristine property standards throughout all public areas
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required - we train all team members
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn hotel systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
