Responsibilities
- Delight guests with exceptional front desk service and seamless check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations and coordinate guest requests with precision
- Maintain pristine common areas and ensure hotel standards are consistently met
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to resolve guest concerns
- Process payments and operate hotel management systems accurately
- Uphold brand standards while creating memorable guest interactions
- Participate in daily briefings and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required – we train all team members!
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
