Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through attentive check-in/check-out procedures
- Assist with housekeeping operations including room preparation and maintenance
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with dining and event teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop hospitality skills
Qualifications
