Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service teams
- Process payments and operate hotel management systems
- Uphold brand standards and safety protocols at all times
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Valid Florida driver's license (if driving guest shuttles)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
