Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk and throughout the property
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Conduct property tours for potential guests
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness protocols
Qualifications
