Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized welcome experiences to arriving guests
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using PMS systems
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for room readiness
- Process payments and manage cash drawer with 100% accuracy
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions and facility appearance
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license (preferred for property errands)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
