Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Front Desk, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Concierge departments
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy and average daily rate
- Manage departmental budgets, financial performance, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and health/safety regulations
- Lead staff training programs and performance evaluations
- Collaborate with sales team on group bookings and corporate partnerships
- Drive guest satisfaction through personalized service initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hotel management with 5+ years in director-level roles
- Proven track record of revenue growth and P&L management
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Strong knowledge of Chicago tourism market and hospitality trends
- Expertise in Opera/PMS and revenue management systems
- Exceptional leadership and cross-departmental communication skills
- Valid Illinois Food Handler's and Alcohol Service certifications
