Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in/check-out and throughout guest stays
- Maintain pristine room standards through detailed cleaning and preparation
- Assist with guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams for seamless operations
- Follow safety protocols and maintain property security standards
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
- Support special events and seasonal operations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide full training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
