Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at all touchpoints including check-in, check-out, and concierge duties
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain pristine cleanliness of public areas and guest rooms
- Operate hotel systems including reservation software and point-of-sale terminals
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
- Support event setup and breakdown for conferences and weddings
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all team members
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
