Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out processes
- Manage reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone and in-person
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, pool, and common areas
- Process payments and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Uphold resort standards for safety and service excellence
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive training
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
