Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using hotel management systems
- Manage reservations and answer guest inquiriesResolve guest concerns promptly with exceptional service
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell hotel services and amenities
- Maintain clean, organized front desk area
- Participate in daily team briefings
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
