Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas using industry-standard cleaning protocols
- Manage inventory of linens, supplies, and amenities while minimizing waste
- Address guest requests promptly and maintain confidentiality
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow sustainability practices in resource usage and waste management
- Collaborate with maintenance team for room readiness and repairs
- Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
- Valid Texas ID and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and early mornings
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
