Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to hotel guests during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room reservations and handle guest inquiries via phone and in-person
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial transaction records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly
- Operate hotel management systems and POS equipment efficiently
- Assist with valet services and luggage handling as needed
- Contribute to a positive team environment during peak and off-peak shifts
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or customer service experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet positions only)
