Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with check-in/check-out processes using our property management system
- Manage room assignments, reservations, and special guest requests with precision
- Handle payment transactions and maintain accurate financial records
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and valet teams for seamless operations
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in public areas
- Participate in shift briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (nights, weekends, holidays)
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
