Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through personalized interactions and problem-solving
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and manage room assignments
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and dining teams
- Maintain clean, organized public areas and front desk environment
- Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions accurately
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
