Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized interactions and prompt problem resolution
- Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness
- Utilize hotel management software (PMS) for reservation and guest data management
- Assist with event setup and guest inquiries for hotel amenities
- Uphold brand standards through cleanliness and professional appearance
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience required – we train all team members
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Valid Ohio driver's license if assisting with airport shuttle
