Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service at the front desk and during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage room assignments and ensure accurate inventory tracking
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas and guest rooms
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Assist with event setup and guest functions as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with reservation systems
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver's license (if required for errands)
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
