Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through warm, professional interactions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures efficiently using our property management system
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain accurate records of guest requests and preferences
- Support daily hotel operations including concierge services and reservation management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
