Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personalized service and attention to detail
- Assist with check-in/check-out procedures and manage guest inquiries efficiently
- Maintain pristine cleanliness standards in public areas and guest rooms
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and front desk teams seamlessly
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally according to company protocols
- Operate reservation systems and POS technology with accuracy
- Participate in daily briefings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred for position flexibility
