Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping functions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas and guest rooms
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure seamless operations
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance hospitality skills
- Assist with event setup and special guest requirements
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required - we train our team!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn property management systems
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
