Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at check-in/check-out with warm hospitality
- Assist with room preparation and housekeeping standards
- Manage guest inquiries and coordinate with departments for seamless experiences
- Operate reservation systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Support event setup and conference services as needed
- Uphold cleanliness and safety protocols across guest areas
- Collaborate with team members to exceed guest expectations
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
