Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm, friendly, and professional welcome to all guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they step through the door.
- Guest Assistance: Act as the primary point of contact for guests, answering inquiries, providing directions, and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a seamless stay.
- Hotel Operations Support: Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, process payments, and manage room assignments accurately.
- Maintenance & Hygiene: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, lobbies, and back-of-house spaces to meet our high standards of excellence.
- Communication: Relay important messages, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and communicate guest feedback to management immediately.
- Event Support: Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, banquets, and conferences, ensuring a smooth operation for our corporate and social clients.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, including emergency procedures and health regulations, to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is preferred but not strictly required.
- Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to serve others.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Availability: Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
- Computer Proficiency: Basic computer skills and ability to learn new property management software quickly.
- Reliability: Punctual and dedicated with a strong work ethic.
