Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service across front desk, concierge, and guest relations
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently with our property management system
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain immaculate public areas and reception spaces
- Participate in daily briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 0-2 years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn new systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for shuttle services)
