Responsibilities
- Deliver 5-star guest service at front desk, concierge, or housekeeping stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes using PMS software
- Respond to guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across all shifts
- Participate in daily briefings and team huddles
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency with attention to detail
- Valid Maryland driver's license (if transporting guests)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
