Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at check-in, valet, and concierge stations during weekend peak hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless weekend operations
- Process payments, manage reservations, and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
- Execute safety protocols and emergency procedures during high-traffic weekend periods
- Assist with special event staffing including Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, and corporate weekend retreats
- Maintain detailed incident logs and communicate critical updates to management team
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability required (Friday-Sunday shifts, including holidays)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record for valet position
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift 25 lbs regularly
- Proficient in hotel management software (Opera, PMS)
- Knowledge of New Orleans attractions and local culture
- Must pass background check and drug screening
