Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional check-in/check-out experiences
- Manage reservations and room assignments using our property management system
- Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
- Process payments accurately and maintain financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction
- Operate telephone systems and manage communications efficiently
- Uphold brand standards and maintain a clean, organized lobby area
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we welcome career changers and recent graduates
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
