Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences using PMS systems
- Manage reservation inquiries, room assignments, and payment processing
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with creative problem-solving
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest stays
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- 6+ months customer service experience in hospitality or retail
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
