Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services
- Train and mentor staff on hospitality standards and safety protocols
- Resolve guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors and departments for seamless event execution
- Monitor budget performance and implement cost-saving measures
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and repeat business
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hotel management experience in luxury resorts
- Proven track record in team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of hospitality software (Opera, PMS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights/weekends
- NV Food Handler and Alcohol Service certification required
- Associate degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
