- Manage check-in and check-out processes accurately using hotel management software.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve any issues to ensure a 5-star experience.
- Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and appearance at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, housekeeping, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
