Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and concierge services
- Develop and implement staff training programs to exceed guest expectations
- Manage departmental budgets and ensure cost-effective resource allocation
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with sales team to maximize room occupancy and revenue
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 3 years hotel management experience in luxury properties
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Strong financial acumen and budget management expertise
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution abilities
- Knowledge of Opera PMS and industry software
- Valid Nebraska Food Handler and Alcohol Service certifications
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
