Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations ensuring seamless guest experiences
- Train and supervise 15+ hospitality staff members
- Develop and implement innovative service protocols
- Resolve guest concerns with exceptional problem-solving
- Collaborate with marketing team to boost occupancy rates
- Manage inventory and budget for departmental resources
- Conduct weekly staff meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years in hospitality management with luxury hotel experience
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (Opera, RMS)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Arizona Food Handler's Certificate
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
