Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manage daily reservations, room assignments, and walk-in requests efficiently.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with a focus on problem resolution.
- Process payments accurately and maintain the front desk cash drawer and logs.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Monitor security systems and building access to ensure guest safety.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of luggage.
